Shipping Policy

  • Dispatch: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Standard Delivery (FREE): 4–7 working days across India.
  • Speed Post: Delivered within 2 working days post dispatch for an additional Rs. 350 within India (select at checkout).
  • Tracking: Once shipped, your courier name and tracking number are emailed to you. You can also check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns / exchanges are accepted only for items received damaged or defective.
  • A full unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory for any claim.
  • Please raise your request within 2 days of delivery by email at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +91 96521 17770, with your order number and video.
  • Items on sale, used items, or items not in original condition / packaging are not eligible.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you about approval.
  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank / card provider, then contact us.
