2. Ordering from us
2.1 you are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement email, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 we may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where products are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3. Pricing
3.1 we charge shipping above the price of the item and is based on the distance, location, weight as per our shipping partner and we do not wish to influence or comment or manage issues in this regard.
3.2 our prices are reviewed periodically and change according to stock availability
4. Cancellation and returns policy
Order cancellation:
No order cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed/payment is made after verifying the stock as the shipment would commence immediately.
Returns:
Considering the type of products, there won’t be any returns that will be allowed except in rare cases of wrong product delivery or product damage (Provided 360* unbox video from start to end from customer).
All such claims should be intimated via email or whatsapp with clear issue/360* unbox video from start to end and within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Any claim after the timeframe will not entertained irrespective of the issue.
All returns once approved will need to be returned in the original state as shipped. Products appeared to have been opened or used will not be approved for returns and will be sent back to the customer with additional charge of shipping on actuals recovered from the customer including the cost of return pick-up. Failing to pay these charges within 7 days after communication will lead to forfeit of the transaction and the product returned will be sent to warehouse of the seller. No claim can be made by the purchaser thereafter for the product or refunds.
Refunds once approved after the above process will be refunded within 7-14 days to the purchaser via the original payment method used. Please reach out to us after 14 days if you do not see the refund in your account.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, including free products offered, if any. In case, where the purchased product is approved for refund and was clubbed with a free offer, the product provided free to be returned as well.
For any reason, if we are unable to execute the order, full amount will be refunded.
Exchange:
No exchange of products is entertained considering the product types we sell on the website.
Warranty:
No warranty or guarantee can apply to the products sold on the website unless specified by seller against the product.
